After discussing your goals, we determine which lot can be tailored to your specific needs. We identify potential areas of extra cost like retaining walls, drainage, utilities, and driveway. After we identify the appropriate lot, we position the home with the best view corridors, outdoor spaces, and privacy.
Design Process
As your custom home builder, we collaborate with some of the area’s best architects and engineers to develop your property's design concept and flow. Furthermore, we work with talented interior designers to ensure your home’s final look is cohesive. The key element of this stage is to identify quality materials that fit within the budget for the home.
Project Management
Our owner works exclusively with each and every subcontractor to ensure the scheduling, quality, and overall process is completed to the highest degree. Count on us to make the home-building process simple and rewarding for you. By creating a detailed schedule for lighting, tile, plumbing, and other finishes, we mitigate project delays and order as early as possible.
Budget
Most homes must be built within a budget, even the luxury ones. Brook will work hand and hand to maximize every dollar from the design conception stage to construction. During the design process we will allocate a budget and make recommendations to stay within the established price points.
